What better way to end a day of activities than sitting down to a good meal? There are plenty of excellent options to choose from in Laval, as several new establishments have sprung upthere in the past few months, including LOV, which offers vegan and vegetarian cuisine, Escondite, a Mexican brasserie, and the amazing À domicile resto-bar, that offers a whole a new dining experience.

Also worth mentioning is Centropolis, a popular gathering spot that features a shopping complex with pedestrian promenades and an illuminated fountain. Over the years, numerous eateries have opened their doors there, making it a real restaurant industry hub.

And just to make your mouth water, let us tell you about the celebrated restaurant Mitoyen, which, with its 4-Diamond Quebec (CAA-AAA) rating, 5 stars from Guide Voir and multiple-awarded chef Richard Bastien, is one of Quebec’s top restaurants. Everything is so extraordinarily good, it’s impossible to recommend one dish over another. If you’re a fish lover, you’ll swoon for their roasted cod with romesco sauce and braised chicory with saffron orange. Prefer something meatier? Try the duck supreme with red cabbage and figs, honey and spice sauce, or the milk-fed veal fillet, artichoke heart and ravioli with duck foie gras.

And as no gastronomic experience would be complete without dessert, we’re pretty sure you’ll want to end yours with an indulgent molten chocolate lava cake accompanied by a basil and coconut sorbet.
